Why is the replayer fast forwarding or skipping parts of the replay?

The replay player includes a default feature called “skip inactive” that automatically accelerates through periods when shoppers aren’t interacting with the screen. Once user activity resumes—such as mouse movements or clicks—playback returns to normal speed.

To deactivate this functionality while watching a replay, simply toggle off the “skip inactive” option.
