How do I reconnect Propel to my Zoom account?
If Propel loses access to your Zoom account, please follow these steps to reconnect it:
Disable the Zoom integration in Propel Appointments
Section titled “Disable the Zoom integration in Propel Appointments”- In Propel Appointments, go to Settings —> Integrations and disable Zoom.
Remove Propel Appointments from your Zoom account
Section titled “Remove Propel Appointments from your Zoom account”- Go to the Zoom App Marketplace (https://marketplace.zoom.us/), login with your Zoom account then click Manage in the top right corner.
- Click Apps on account in the left menu then click on the app name Propel Appointments.
- In your Zoom user’s row, click the hamburger icon in the rightmost column then click Remove.
Re-enable Zoom in Propel Appointments
Section titled “Re-enable Zoom in Propel Appointments”- In Propel Appointments, go to Settings —> Integrations and enable Zoom. In the following popup, authorize Propel Appointments to access your Zoom account.
