Why aren't all of my visits being tracked in my heatmap?

Shopify’s language subfolder feature directs visitors to different URL paths based on their location. For example, Canadian visitors go to the default /, while US visitors are routed to /en-us and UK visitors to /en-gb.

If you create a heatmap targeting only /, it will “only capture your Canadian visitors.” To comprehensively track user interactions across your site’s different language versions, you must establish separate heatmaps for each language variant—such as /en-us and /en-gb—since each path functions as a distinct URL within the tracking system.

This applies to all pages throughout your website.
